• Converts invoice data to CSV format
• Supports multiple languages
• Processes invoices using AI technology (Anthropic Claude)

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• Verify extracted data for accuracy before use
• Not use the Service to process confidential or sensitive information without proper precautions
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Process invoices you don't have permission to access
• Extract data for illegal purposes
• Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the privacy rights of others

5. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for accuracy:

• The Service uses AI which may make errors
• You are responsible for verifying all extracted data
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all invoices
• Complex or poorly formatted invoices may yield incomplete results

We are not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate data extraction.

6. Privacy and Data

Important privacy points:

• PDFs are processed in your browser (client-side)
• Only extracted text is sent to our AI service
• We do not store your invoice PDFs or data

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

• The Service, including code, design, and content, is owned by InvoiceCSV.com
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Our trademarks and logos are protected

Your Rights:

• You retain all rights to your invoice PDFs
• You own the extracted CSV data
• You may use the extracted data for any lawful purpose

8. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
• Our total liability is limited to €100 or the amount you paid (€0)
• We are not liable for third-party services (Anthropic, Monetag)

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
• We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may implement usage limits to prevent abuse

10. Advertising

The Service is free and ad-supported:

• We display advertisements via Monetag
• Ads help us keep the Service free
• We do not control ad content
• You may use ad blockers but this may affect functionality

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service:

• If you violate these Terms
• If we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity
• For any reason, with or without notice

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

• Monetag: For advertisements and ad optimization. Subject to Monetag's terms
• Cloudflare: For hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's terms

We are not responsible for third-party services.
